World Champions looking to rebound from loss in pool A match against Italy

 
Rio de Janeiro, August 10, 2016 - World Champions Alison Cerutti/Bruno Oscar Schmidt of Brazil will be looking to rebound from a second round loss against Italy's Adrian Carambula/Alex Ranghieri in a pool A match on day five.  The Italians have control over the pool at 2-0 but need a win to avoid a possible three-way tie and automatically advance to the elimination round.  The Brazilians will need a win or a loss by Canada to ensure at least a 3rd-place finish in the pool.
