Adrian Carambula and Alex Ranghieri of Italy will take on Clemens Doppler and Alexander Horst of Austria in the first match in the beach volleyball competition at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games at 10:00 local time on Saturday, August 6. Twenty-four teams per gender will compete for honours as beach volleyball enjoys its sixth Olympic tournament.
