Yamaguchi, being called “Yume” that means a dream, by her team mates, is a middle blocker, born in Mie Prefecture, is now 32 years old, the oldest player among 21 players in Japan’ squad for the WGP 2016.

Yume experienced her first Olympics in London 2012 and achieved the bronze medal there at London Olympic Games.

One of Yume’s favourite foods is a sweet cake, especially for a cheese cake and one of her favourite music artists is “EXILE”, one of the Japanese famous performing groups.

Yume loves shopping in her spare time and she has a respect for her parents and her grandparents.
