Buenos Aires, Argentina, October 5, 2016 - Published to coincide with the opening of the 35th FIVB World Congress, the FIVB in Rio book retraces the successes of the volleyball and beach volleyball tournaments at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and looks back at the award-winning Volleyball House and the international federation's development activities in Rio de Janeiro.

The FIVB created a party at the beach and also at the Maracanãzinho, the venue of the Olympic volleyball tournament, inviting and uniting fans of all ages and nationalities to enjoy the remarkable spectacle that is our sport.
The FIVB in Rio book looks back at the Olympic tournaments and at the FIVB's activities in Rio de Janeiro where the Volleyball House hosted hundreds of sporting celebrities, media, broadcasters, partners and members of the volleyball family. Daily development activities also attracted children and their parents to the courts on Copacabana and at Deodoro to play, learn and meet volleyball greats as the sport aims to become the number one family sport entertainment in the world.
